Tim Snow

Tim Snow is a resident of Andersonville and has taught high school “wood shop” for more than 30 years. Tim’s business, Artwood, is located in Knoxville where he builds custom wood furniture and does turnings. “I like the natural grains and colors in wood and try to use the unique qualities of each piece in the design of my pieces. I especially appreciate the texture of the tree bark and frequently use it as the natural edge of my turnings.”

 Tim is a member of the American Association of Woodturners and the East Tennessee Woodworkers Guild. His hobbies include bird watching and training his Shetland sheepdogs for agility and obedience competition.
